Administrative Assistant
Highly successful real estate investor is seeking Administrative Assistant for our fast-moving company this role keeps the trains running on time by following checklists and procedures to move deals through our pipeline while providing outstanding communication to customers, title company, and co-workers.
The ideal person LOVES executing checklists and procedures, enjoys a fast-moving day with varied tasks, likes multitasking, and is incredibly trainable. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple deadlines and tasks at one time, identifying areas of improvement and developing and implementing solutions. We want this position to grow with the Company
This is a virtual position and work can be performed from anywhere.
Responsibilities
Manage all office-related materials and issues.
Strong analytical, multi-tasking, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business and technical partners to build trust and to interact successfully with peers.
Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management..
Complete all task in a timely manner as requested by CEO
File and maintain all documents related to company overhead, employees and performance.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Advanced MS Office skills
Qualifications
Real estate or transaction coordination experience is not required – however it’s a bonus.
Must be available 35+ hours per week in a good home office setting
Always Available to work Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5PM USA eastern time zone.
High attention to detail.
Speaks and writes in FLUENT English.

Someone looking to have their hand held constantly should probably not apply. We have a comprehensive training program – and we’ll ensure you have been thoroughly trained – however at that time we expect you to work without close supervision.
