looking for Sales Assistant?

We are Real Estate company based in US, Currently we are growing quickly and is seeking to bring on a Hiring Manager / Sales Manager to help sustain company growth.
We are looking for someone that has great Sales Skills, HR Experience, Flexible Availability, also a Fast Learner, and can commit to working with a company long-term.

The first month will be a trial, and you will be paid for training. We will test your abilities, and once the trial period is up, you will grow with the company. This will be a Full Time position Monday - Friday 8am til 2pm Est.

Requirements:
English Speaking and comfortable on phone
Sales-driven, uses empathy and listens when others are talking
Hubstaff to track working hours
Reliable Internet, Reliable PC, Noise Cancelling Headset

Initial Responsibilities:
- Sales: Use empathy, listen and understand what customer wants are. Handling sales and customer inquiries. Take all inbound calls, transfer to me only when necessary
- Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Use the H.E.A.R.D method when dealing with customers.

Future Responsibilities:
- Operations: Managing cleaning teams, being an intermediary between our teams and customers, managing our schedules.
- Hiring: Help with on-boarding, and vetting potential cleaning teams.
