Real Estate Acqusitions Rep

We are seeking a Sales Representative for Acquisition's Manager within our company. This representative has to be passionate about providing world-class customer service from the start to finish of a home sale, all the while ensuring a successful and enjoyable transaction for our valued home sellers. You do not need to have a real estate license. Not only will you earn a living, but be part of a growing family that invests as much in each other as we do our clients. This position will involve speaking over the phone with homeowners who will be selling their homes. There will be various lists that will be provided to you for you to call during call times. Our team will also provide training in the form of scripts, videos, and through working closely with the Acquisitions Manager. We provide an extensive training program so you can be comfortable and prepared while performing your job duties.

Responsibilities are to include:
-Effectively manage database
-Cold call given lists during specified calling hours
-Record notes in order to be able to follow-up with sellers who may sell homes at a later date.
-Set appointments to meet homeowners who are selling there homes
-Find out as much information as possible about to properties through asking homeowner questions
