Our virtual call center is seeking long term cold callers for hourly positions. You must have cold calling experience and must be fluent in English (bilingual is a plus; not required). As a cold caller, you will follow a script to qualify potential home sellers and determine whether or not they are serious about selling their home in under 30 days for a reasonable price. After you have generated a lead, you will enter seller information into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) so that we can contact the homeowner to close the deal. Please only apply if you have excellent communication skills and can handle the ups and downs of cold calling. Real estate experience is a plus; however, it is not required. We will provide training regularly. We will provide you with all of the information that you need to be successful within our business.
Work Schedule [6 Hour Calling Period with 1 Hour Break/Lunch]
10:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M.
11:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
12:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Location
This position will be virtual, which means that you will work from the comfort of your home. Please ensure that you have a dedicated workspace within your home. Also, you will need a laptop or desktop with a strong and stable internet connection and a USB headset with a mic.
