Acquisition Manager

We are looking for someone who can handle inside sales for our real estate investment company. We generate anywhere from 10-20 leads per day in our market and need someone who is driven, charismatic, empathetic, and ready to grow with a company long term.

Duties:
- Being the first and primary point of contact with our warm lead sellers who are already interested in selling their property to us.
- Collecting information on the property and the owner's situation.
- Determining a rough idea of the property's value (will be approved by the sales manager)
- Organizing leads in our CRM
- Managing follow-up with old leads
- Making offers to seller leads in our database
- Sending purchase agreements to sellers when our offers are accepted

You must have real estate cold calling and real estate sales experience (B2C). If you're great at talking to people and are a fast learner, you will be a fantastic fit!

This position will be paid hourly PLUS commission with high-income potential.
