YOUR ROLE:
Use my proven, EASY to follow calling script and make calls to Real Estate leads I provide you. You will ask questions and fill-in answers.
Follow a PROVEN and simple Questionnaire with built-in script.
(the questionnaire/script is on my website, allowing for EASY tracking
and submitting the form(s)!
MONEY: Tell me the lowest HOURLY RATE you are willing to work for if you were PAID
either a $2 BONUS per fully-completed Questionnaire and/or $100 per property I buy!
*You have the opportunity to talk to 5 to 15 leads and get up to 15 Questionnaires filled out!
(this could equate to an additional $30 per working session)
If you can get 15 Questionnaires 100% filled out per day, you have the opportunity to earn up
to $1,525 per month in BONUSES!
AFTER we close the very first property transaction from YOUR efforts, your PAY RATE will climb to $9.00 per hour PLUS $100 per property we buy.
*WE BUY houses from people looking to sell. If the Questionnaire indicates the seller is interested in selling, then our odds of buying the property increase!
So, we like when the Seller says "YES" to our questions on the Questionnaire.
