Cold Caller/ Phone Prospector for a Real Estate Investor

I'm looking to add some more phone prospectors/ cold callers to my real estate team. Past cold calling experience is not required! I am looking for people with a warm and friendly personality who love to talk to people and are coachable!

Duties: You will be calling homeowners to see if they are interested in selling their house.
Hours: This will be a part time position (20-36 hours/ week). You will have the flexibility to choose when you want to call. Calls can be made between 9am and 7pm CST (I am in Texas). No more than 4 hours of calling per day.

Internet-You must have a fast and reliable internet connection
Hardware-You'll need a reliable computer. A headset is also recommended.
Personality-People who excel in this position are coachable, open to constructive criticism, and are able to handle rejection.
