We are looking for a cold calling agent who will be calling selected home owners to determine if they would be willing to sell and updating call conversations on our CRM system. We are looking for an individual who was wants to join a growing organization and wants to contribute to our growth for the long run. Below are the qualities that are essential in who we are looking for:

- High energy and motivation for success
- Goal oriented
- MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH WITHOUT AN ACCENT AND UNDERSTAND THE AMERICAN CULTURE!
- Preferred: prior telemarketing/sales experience
- Looking to start in one week
- High moral, and ethical values
- Must be punctual and show up to work on agreed upon time and providing status daily
- Loves conversating and speaking to people
