Hello,
Our company is expanding and we are looking to bring on a virtual assistant. We are a real estate investment company that buys houses for cash all throughout Florida. We contact all of our prospects and generate leads via the phone.
We are looking for someone that has a strong sales background
***Real Estate Experience A Huge Plus***
Your job will be to handle a variety of tasks we will need done including the following:
-Making cold calls to outbound prospects.
-Qualifying leads and speaking clearly to them.
-Utilizing podio CRM to input interested leads.
- Booking appointments/callbacks.
- Communicating and working as a team via Slack daily.
-Organizing data
Skills that are required:
- Near perfect English, no major accents.
-Must be available to work US HOURS 10am-6pm Eastern Time.
-Must have stable fiberoptic internet connection along with a noise canceling headset.
