Cold Call Appointment Setting

Cold call prospects and set appointments and efficiently schedule, dispatch and confirm the appointments for our water analyst team. You offer Prospect a free gift and a Complimentary water test and schedule a time and day when the Homeowner as well as their partner or spouse will be home. Appointments are to be set by time slots, example: M-F 10am 2pm 4pm 6pm 7pm. Sat-Sun 10am 12am 2pm 4pm. We have scripts that need to be slightly modified before each call based on the area being called. We have objection rebuttals to help increase set percentage. Appointments need to be set no further than 48 hours unless there is no option. Both homeowners must be there for the appointment time.

Also this position will have bonus for achieving goals.
Also this position is designed to be performed [GMT-06:00] America/Chicago M-F 4pm-8pm and S-SU 10am-4pm. I am flexible enough to schedule multiple outbounders to work part or all of that schedule.

I am hoping that this first Campaign can lead to larger and more profitable permanent campaigns.

Hi, Mr./Mrs. ___________, this is ______, with Nola Water.
I understand you are a homeowner in __________(CITY ON CONTACT) – and that’s why I’m calling. We’re
conducting a special, word-of-mouth advertising campaign in _______ (CITY ON CONTACT) and I really need
your help.
You see, rather than spending our advertising budget on television, radio and newspaper ads, we
are spending 100% of it this month on people living in your area. About how long have you
been living in your home? That’s perfect! I bet you have really learned to love it. Haven’t you?
You do own this home, don’t you? Okay. That’s perfect.
Here’s how our program works. One of our company’s representatives comes to your home,
when both you and your husband/wife are there. We test your water….
Mr./Mrs. ________________, do you have school-aged children?
IF YES…. Please have them join us on this test because it will be a lot like a school science
project. And they will truly enjoy it!
And after we test your water, we’ll answer any questions you have and leave you with some
information on local water conditions and our company.
