Hello! We are a real estate investment company looking to hire a rockstar, based in Nashville, Tennessee. We are looking for quick learners, who already have some experience with COLD CALLING and REAL ESTATE, to add to our team. We are not expecting you to be an expert in the real estate field: we will need you to be able to follow a script and determine the caller’s interest. We are looking for someone to:
• make initial contact with prospective sellers
• speak to a prospective seller following a script
• determine if prospective seller has any interest in selling their house
• gather some information from interested seller, and
• schedule an appointment or follow-up call
You will spend the majority of your time on the phone. Qualities we are looking for in our cold-calling applicants include:
• a pleasant phone voice
• excellent to near-perfect English-speaking skill
• bilingual (English and Spanish) is a PLUS, but not a requirement
• reliable and productive, with or without management watching
• able to work independently, but not afraid to ask if help is needed
• patience
• self-motivated
• fast learner
• positive & CAN-DO attitude
• can follow rules & policies
We are looking for candidates who are willing to spend 5 hours per day calling sellers, 6 days per week. Our cold callers call between 10am-1pm and 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri. and 10am-3pm Saturday US Central Time. Our callers are expected to contact 200-240 sellers per week (7 contacts per hour), and create up to one lead per hour from those contacts.
We offer 263 PHP per hour starting compensation, based on experience, PLUS eligibility to participate in performance bonus program (hourly rate + bonus opportunities)
Requirements:
Cannot be afraid of rejection.
• High speed internet (preferably 20 mbps or higher) – will be tested
• Fast computer (preferably i5 processor or higher)
• Fast learner
• Ambitious and hungry to create quality leads, generate sales appointments, and earn bonuses
• Moderate computer skills
• Experience with MOJO Dialer is a plus, but not necessary (training provided)
• Team player, coachable, and willing to learn every day
• Organized, responsible, and have quick responses of communication
• A quiet place to work
• Noise CANCELLATION HEADSET
• Minimum 1 year experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service
