We are a Real Estate Investment company. We purchase and sell homes all over the United States. We buy homes at a discounted cash price so that we can fix them up and then resell them at a higher price. We are looking for an eager Sales Acquisitions Associate to help close deals. You will need to get information about why they are selling their home and find out more information about the current condition of their home. The Associates will need to find motivated sellers. Once the associates agreement is signed we will then pay for that home at a discounted cash price. Our company will then fix up remodel and resell the home. The Associates will need to make sales. Sales = $$! We pay $50 daily for each seller you get under contract and %20 of each deal you get under contract that closes within each month.
HOW PAY WORKS: $50 Daily bonuses are paid once a week. %20 deal bonuses for each deal that close are paid monthly. Please contact for questions

NOTE: But you have the chance to make unlimited amounts of money. Typical callers are closing two deals a week and getting 3 contracts signed a day. Making anywhere from $1,500-$7,000 a month.

Job Tasks: Find sellers, make them an offer, close deals and get contract signed over the phone.

Please:
Have a background in sales, up selling, and work harder for the bonuses. Real estate knowledge/background is a bonus BUT it is NOT required.
