THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an Inside Sales Representative with us working remotely, this position will report to a Sales Manager but will work closely with a strong sales leadership team comprised of Team Leads, Managers, and our Director of Sales.
Ability to earn $20 per hour or more with uncapped commissions, bonuses, and residuals
Summary
Sells education or real estate training tools which includes leads, crm system, dialer, and websites by performing the following duties. Utilize Sales Excellent Steps 1-12 to work every deal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Excellence Steps
Step 1- Meet & Greet- Introductions and preliminary fact finding
Step 2- Fact Find- Gain rapport and understanding of needs.
Step 3- Selling Evaluation- Create Customer Awareness of tools to solve problems.
Step 4- Sell from Stock- Utilize our tools and education to help customer
Step 5- Presentation and Demo- To build perceived value and mental ownership
Step 6- Setting the Stage- Discover any objection and get commitment to a car.
Step 7- Start Write Up- Close the deal by getting credit card info
Step 8- Approach the Desk- Present commitment and strategize game plan
Step 9- Negotiate Offer- Present pencil to customer, negotiate offer, and get 3c committment
Step 10- Follow up- Follow up with customer within 24 hours and continuously
Complete purchase/websites and send data once customer has completed the purchae with a member of the management staff.
Use systems to track customers contact information, sales transactions and all follow up communications to insure excellent customer service and future business opportunities.
Must log every customer who call us and inquires about education information in our database
Be a Product Specialist- Will be required to complete on-line product training sessions and live training sessions
Must have 2 to 5 confirmed, shown appointments per week based on level of experience
Always be prospecting for new Opportunities to Do Business(OTDB’s). Must have made 10 Live contacts by phone daily.
Complete a daily check out report that must be turned into a manager at the end of each shit
CSI- is a must when conducting business on behalf of our organization
All sold customers must receive a follow up call within 24 hours of delivery. This is also critical to receiving referrals from your customers.
Schedule
Monday through Sunday (8am-9pm) Varied 8-9 hour shifts, weekends, month ends, and special events may require extended shifts, scheduled days off will vary
