VA Needed For Answering Questions & Appointment Taking

We are in need of a VA to answer inbound calls and answer simple questions from patients trying to book an appointment.
Agent Will Need To:

Take Inbound Calls
Return Missed Calls OR Voicemails
Call Leads to book an appointment
Answer any questions the patient might have
Book the patients appointment
Send EMAIL & TEXT CONFIRMATION

PAY = HOURLY + BONUSES FOR EACH APPOINTMENT BOOKED
