We are a Real Estate Investment company. We purchase and sell homes all up and down the West Coast of the United States. We buy homes at a discounted cash price so that we can fix them up and then resell them at a higher price. We are looking for an eager Sales Acquisitions Associate to help close deals. You will need to get information about why they are selling their home and find out more information about the current condition of their home. The Associates will need to find motivated sellers, the associate will then use a math formula to come up with an offer price. Once the associates agreement is signed we will then pay for that home at a discounted cash price. Our company will then fix up remodel and resell the home. The Associates will need to make sales. Sales = Bonuses! Starting pay is $5-6 an hour PLUS daily and monthly bonuses advance to $8/hr in no time. Some associates make $750-$1000+ in bonuses each and every month. We are easy to work for and fun to work for with company incentives and fun gifts that we offer. We prefer someone that is looking for a long-term position. You will start working 20-30 hours a week, then hours will increase after training and once you show that you are productive. Your hourly pay will also increase as you move up in the company, this is a job of advancing.
Please:
Have a background in sales, up selling, and work harder for the bonuses. Real estate knowledge/background is a bonus BUT it is NOT required.
