Integrity of information is important – we need the most accurate information from the homeowner. Do not be afraid to ask for anything that we need. We need to have full information collected in google sheets and a signed contract to be compensated for them.
We our calling Motivated & unMotivated Sellers with Homes from list or data feeds that are VACANT,ABSENTEE,TAX LIENS,PROBATE,EVICTIONS,TIRED LANDLORDS, PRE-FORECLOSURES,Fixxer Uppers,ETC. After contact you will add them to the CRM with Notes for follow.
The seller outbound Caller works with sellers when TallguybuysHouses is trying to acquire their Property. They should have a clear understanding of all of our Real Estate Aquiring strategies & Tactics, Have thick Skin, Be Persistent, and diligent with capturing a lot of information. The Rep must be good at building relationships and speaks English Well.
