Needs to hire an absolute Rockstar agent to manage receiving and responding to inbound calls & texts. You may be required to make outbound calls in the event that inbound calls taper off.
My real estate investing company is expanding rapidly and we are looking to grow our team. We have a system that contacts homeowners directly to gauge their interest in selling their properties. The homeowners would then respond via text or inbound call and that's where you come in. We show you exactly what you need to say to have meaningful conversations, extract the information we need using a script and a lead sheet and push a webform to our CRM.
Flexible hours (15-40 hours per week)

What we are looking for:
Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up for work
Language Skills - MUST speak clear English. Native/proficient fluency in Spanish is REQUIRED.
Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it's basically point and click), has experience with a dialer such as Calltools
Typing skills - Must be able to type notes in a lead sheet while on the phone with prospects...
Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are versatile, coachable, and open to constructive criticism to improve rapidly
***Previous cold calling at least 3 years, appointment setting and telemarketing experience is a huge PLUS!***
