Our Real Estate Investment company is searching for experienced individuals to cold call homeowners and gauge their receptiveness to hear an offer on their property. If these homeowners are interested, our team member (you) will ask a set of questions while inputting their answers in our web form. If a homeowner is not interested, our team member will mark the address appropriately then proceed to the next homeowner on the dialer. If you are interested in this job please send an audio recording of yourself explaining why you feel you are a good fit for this job. Requirements:
MUST have fast and reliable internet
USB headset
Must be fluent in English and a natural on the phone
Preferred:
1 year experience cold calling
Familiar with real estate
Familiar with Call Tools dialer
