Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

I am a Real Estate Investor in Houston, Texas. I buy homes that are in of need of repair so that I can fix them up and then resell them for a higher price. I am looking for a confident CLOSER. You must be BILINGUAL - Speak GREAT ENGLISH and Spanish, and be able to cold call homeowners to find out if they are interested in selling their home. You will also need to get information about why they are selling and find out more about their home. You must enjoy talking to people. The pay is $5 an hour plus GREAT BONUSES on every home that he help us buy. You can make $1,000+ in bonuses every month.

We are easy to work for and prefer someone that is looking for a long-term position. You will start off working 20 hours a week, then hours will increase after training and if you are productive.
