We are a business advisory firm that specializes in leadership development and executive coaching. With the launch of a new service (A workshop, online webinar series, and eLearning offering), we are looking for the right person/team to make cold calls on our behalf, introduce our service value proposition, and sell them a seat!
We provide the list and a script… You provide the dynamic voice that sets appointments!
IMPORTANT:
• Target Market is small to mid-size organizations ($5-$200M annual revenue)
• Targets within organizations are CEOs or Chief Human Resource Officers
• We cold call using the SOAR methodology
REQUIREMENTS:
• We only have 12 seats for the workshop, 25 for the webinar series, and unlimited seats for the eLearning!
• Ability to make 100 calls per day (We’re looking for quality, not quantity)
• You MUST speak perfect English - No accents (Aussie’s OK)
• Proven appointment setting record (preferably in soft-skill selling)
• Ability to record phone conversation for internal training purposes
• Provide info to update our CRM
• Daily Call Report tracking gross dials, non-applicable calls, net dials, decision makers reached, high influencers reached, and appointments made.
OUTBOUNDERS COMPENSATION:
• $100 per sale*
o *This tiered good/better/best offering is FREE for those that get upsold to our Workshop Series package (4 workshops), Centered Executive Coaching, or Leadership Development programs. There will be an additional BONUS of $400 ($500 total) for those that can upsell these!
Please let us know why we should pick you, several references, examples of your phone etiquette, and call report activities (If appropriate). This should turn into a long-term relationship as we’ll have programs each month in 2014. We will interview candidates we’re interested in. Thank you in advance for bidding!
NOTE: We will start the week of September 23rd.with outbound calls, as the first Workshop will be on October 10-11 (20 days away!) and Webinar series will be October 17-18 (27 days away!)
