Agents will work thru calling list with people who own a motor vehicle.
Agent's job is to ask customer 5 questions, if the client fits the criteria agent must either transfer or set a callback.
That qualifies as one lead, Agent will be paid accordingly.
Here are the questions agent must ask:
1. Have you had an accident in the last 2.5 years? If the answer is NO, then move along to next customer, If the answer is YES, continue to next question
2. When was the accident? Agent must obtain month/year
3. What part of the vehicle was damaged? Front/driver's side/passenger's side/back etc.?
4. Whose fault was the accident? Customer or third party
5. How many passengers were in the vehicle?
If the customer answers ALL of the above questions AND fits the criteria, inform them that they qualify for a compensation payment of £2,000 to £3,000 for inconvenience and discomfort, transfer this lead to a closer, if no closer is available, ask the customer for a good time for the senior advisor to call them back.
Once this is done, this counts as a Lead, The agent will be paid for this on Friday.
