I'm looking for a super star colder caller to join my real estate team!
We are a real estate investment company that buys and sells single family properties in the Chicagoland area.
We are looking for someone who can grow and stay with us for a long time.
Your job is to call homeowners and pre-qualify if they are motivated according to our criteria.
Agents will be eligible for raises and bonuses based on their performances.
We will start with lesser working hours per week and increase as agents are trained well.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible for calling prospective customers over the phone, building rapport, and pre-qualifying them. Candidate will take detailed notes in our CRM and pass them to the acquisition manager.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and contact potential sellers over the phone using our company dialer service. Script will be provided.
• Set appointments using our company CRM
• Maintain accurate notes and activity log
• Attend weekly meeting for ongoing training and to discuss weekly results
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
• Previous experience in either cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Familiarity with using basic Excel
Job Type: Part-time
Experience:
• Real Estate industry knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cold Calling: Minimum 1 year (Required)
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
• Working, reliable computer
• Reliable internet connection
• Noise-cancelling, professional headset
• Be able to work 12pm - 6pm (Chicago Central Time)

Work station is located in a quiet environment without distractions.
