Program Manager:
We are seeking a "part time" Program Manager to provide general management of our Financial Services Program.
You will be working with key Partners and providing basic account management support activities such as:
- Scheduling Meetings
- Providing Partner Updates and General Communication
- Account Management and Program Support
- Resolving Issues and generating weekly Program Status Update Reports
You must have STRONG background in Program/Project Management. Experience with a wide range of tools(MS Office, Trello/Asana, Slack, Zoho, Jira/Confluence, Bug Tracking/Issue Ticket Software and Online Meeting Tools, etc) and working with customers in fast paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, schedule and moderate weekly update meetings
- Provide general account support via email, phone and IM
- Answer questions and drive issues
- Work with our Development Team to address any Partner related issues
- Track weekly milestones, activities and goals
- Provide weekly written status reports
Duration: 3 to 6 Months (with option to extend to 1 year)
Weekly Hours: 10-20 hrs per week
Availability: Must be available during standard business hours 8am to 5pm (UTC -7:00 Timezone)
Hourly Pay Rate: Based on Prior Experience
