We are a staffing firm. We have job ads out on Job Boards for positions that we are looking to fill for CDL Class A Truck Drivers. Interested candidates respond to our job ads requesting an interview. You will pre-screen the candidates that have applied to jobs, fill out and submit online job applications, and schedule their 2nd interview with the client. You must make at least 4 transfers/2nd interviews per day with at least 1 successful hire per week. Leads provided. Script provided. Outbound calls to candidates to prescreen them, and return voicemail messages. You will be provided with a Magic Jack phone number to use on your cell phone to make and receive calls from. Therefore, you must have a cell phone. No hardware will be sent to you for your computer. You must keep an excel spreadsheet of your calls. Self-training provided. You will receive self-training and must start the same day. You must NOT have a foreign accent. You MUST sound American and have a U.S./American Native sounding accent. You must be able to start immediately and be available 5 days per week for 1-2 hours a day. This job is10 hours per week. You will receive a bonus for each person who is successfully hired. The Agents Work Hours are that they must be available: 2 hours per day for 5 days per week. Calls can only be made during the following times: Monday - Wednesday: 7am-7pm CENTRAL TIME ZONE; Thursday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm CENTRAL TIME ZONE; and Saturday: 8 am - 12 Noon CENTRAL TIME ZONE. This position will only be for 30 days. If you prove yourself and start making us money by getting candidates hired, we will consider more hours up to full-time if you need.
