I am looking to hire three freelancers to make daily outbound sales calls. Training will be provided. You will be selling marketing services to small businesses in the US. Must be available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM PST (California time).
Responsibilities:
Attend our daily meetings (via Video Conference).
Submit daily reports.
Proactively follow up with leads.
Keep an updated database via our CRM.
Understand and Uphold our company values.
Requirements:
The below are absolute must have’s:
- Must be fluent in English (Verbal & Written). Upbeat personality and clear English pronunciation with excellent conversational skills.
- Must have a home office set up in a quiet and soundproof area of your home with a strong internet connection, computer, cell phone, headset, Skype account and Google Hangouts account.
- Must have the self-discipline and self-motivation to work from home.
*Other requirements to be discussed during interview.
Should have previous experience in an outbound sales or related position with high call volume.
Must be willing to work full time & for only our company during the above stated hours of
8 AM to 5 PM, PST California Time.
