Pre-Screen Leads and Set Appointments

You will be cold calling off a list of leads of motivated sellers that are provided to you. You will be responsible for asking questions, via a script, to see if the seller meets a list of criteria. If that individual qualifies and meets the list of criteria you will enter that information into a computer program. Prior experience working with real estate investors will be helpful.
