Part Time Appointment Setter Needed 6 hours per week

Im looking for a part time telemarketer with good english speaking skills to set up seminars with local senior centers. You will call the event coordinators and set a time for me to go and make a presentation to a group of seniors. You will follow up to confirm the the day before the presentation, ask if they need a courtesy call to the residents to remind them of the seminar. Here is a sample script

Hi, can I please speak to the event coordinator for this location?

(Make sure you’re talking to the right person)

Hi (Mrs. Event Coordinator), my name is ______ and I work with the Hoosier Senior Services. We have conducted over 100 money saving senior center presentations in housing complexes just like yours all across the state and we are looking to help your community as well. We make sure seniors are getting all the discounts and promotions for the bills, like their cable, internet and phone. We are usually able to help save them around $75-$150 a month. We also make sure they have the best Medicare and Prescription program based off their health and we also make sure they have the proper burial and final expense protection in place for their loved ones.

Now, this is a FREE service we provide and it strictly educational for your residents. We will bring in some food and drinks and will play a game of Bingo and give away a $25 gift card along with some other prizes.

I was wanting to see if we could get on your (next month) calendar. We usually come out on Monday mornings. Do you have any time between 10am and noon for one of the Mondays in (next month)?

Ok perfect! We normally come by a couple of days beforehand and post up some flyers to remind folks about the event. Will we be able to pass out those flyers ourselves or would you prefer one of your staff members to do that?
