Outbound Cold Calling for Real Estate Wholesaling Company

Looking for a talented individual or individuals that can make calls 4-5 hours per day to a list of property owners, to try to determine motivation to sell their properties, and see if they are interested in receiving an all cash offer for their property, if yes, then information will be put into a web form for me to then follow up with the home owner.

I am hoping this will be a long term position, with an opportunity to grow and increase pay as this style of marketing proves to be effective. We want you to be successful which in turn will help us be successful so we believe in a win win relationship. After trial period we can look at bonuses as well again, once this method is proven to be successful.
