Looking for an outbounder that can make calls 4-5 hours per day to different list of property owners, to try to determine motivation to sell their properties, and see if they are interested in receiving an all cash offer for their property. Leads will then need to be transferred to the CRM and then an email notification sent to the lead manager notifying them that a new lead is in the pipeline and needs to be followed up with.
This will be a long term job, with a employer that believes in rewarding employees with bonuses for good work completed. We also believe in building long term relationships with our staff members.
Phone Script and training provided. Looking for a candidate that has experience doing this type of work.
