We are a Florida based Christian church doing ministry work around the world, predominantly in Muslim countries. We have 20 locations, across a countries, that whole regular Christian worship and out reach services. We are continually looking to expand the word of God throughout the under developed world and as a part of that we have an annual fundraising campaign.
We are seeking a skilled individual to act as the project team and script manager. We use an automated dailer service that contacts previous donors and potential donors with an automated call asking them if they like to contribute to our ministry. If the person decides to contribute to our ministry, they are put through to the call operations center that the candidate will create.
We are looking to hire between 10 and 20 full time inbound and outbound callers.
The successful candidate will be ambitious, driven, an excellent communicator, and have a good working motivated understanding of our core objectives. The successful candidate will lead the call centre team, and be the first and potentially only interaction the call centre team have with our ministry. As such it is of vital importance that they have the ability to lead and motivate the team.
