Outbounders - Appointment Setter for Real Estate Company

Real Estate Investment company based of out Florida is looking for individuals to call homeowners to see if they would like to hear an offer on their property.

If they are interested, then you will need to ask questions and fill out our web form.
If they are not interested, then you will just need to mark the appropriate disposition and continue calling on the phone dialer.

Requirements:
MUST have fast and reliable internet
MUST have USB head set
Must be fluent in English and a natural on the phone
Available to work between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST

Preferred:
1 year experience cold calling or appointment setting
Familiar with real estate is a plus, but not necessary
Familiar with a phone dialer

We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible.

Good listening skills

Good pace, pitch and tone and the ability to be natural and conversational

positive attitude and sunny disposition
