We are a real estate investment firm looking for an ENTHUSIASTIC, COMMITTED & MOTIVATED individual to join our team Part Time! This is a very serious and rewarding position so we hope to find someone who is dependable, who is not going to waste time but invest time in our vision. The Remote Telemarketer/sales agent position will require you to make cold calls daily.
Compensation:
$8-$10/hr.
Hours: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm EST + bonus ( Booked appointments off marketing leads will result in Bonuses up to $250/monthly)
REQUIREMENTS:
-Positive Can-Do attitude!
-Exceptional customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette is a MUST
-Ability to multi-task within several systems at one time
-Computer and typing skills necessary
-Be comfortable with MS Office applications and Telemarketing Software
-Experience in sales required
-Fluent in English, Spanish a plus
Experience:
Sales: 2 Years (Required)
Bilingual: 1 year (Preferred)
telemarketing: 2 years (Required)
Call Center: 2 years (Required)
Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Responsibilities:
Work from home 10-30 hours a week
Cold call for 4 hour blocks at a time and love it!
