Position: Outbound Call Representative
About Us: We are a fast growing real estate investing company located in Fresno, CA we are looking to expand and find the right people to join our team.
Job Type: Full-time
1 Shift Available: Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 3:30pm) Pacific Standard Time. Typical workweek will be 30 hours but more hours available depending on performance.
Description: We are a real estate investing company that is expanding and looking for team members that would like to work for a company that is looking to grow rapidly and to find the right people to grow with it. We are a company that cares about our team members and we are looking for a great caller but also someone that likes to be part of a close knit team and want’s to contribute to success. We are a fun company that likes to put our people first and value everyone that is working with us. We do a lot of training to set up our team members for success.
Personality: Candidate must have a strong personality and mindset because the job can get tough with the amount of rejection on a daily basis. Some clients may be rude but you must be a mentally tough person to be able to move on to the next call without being affected too much.
We are NOT looking for: Someone that gets easily offended by a rude client, someone that just wants a paycheck, someone that is looking for a short term position, someone that does not understand being uncomfortable is a part of growth.
Compensation: Hourly rate will be $3-5 per hour plus bonuses for each lead and bigger bonuses for any deals that we close on.
