We are currently looking for a hard working Office Assistant and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and will enjoy working as part of a team. The highest level of internal and external customer service will be presented at all times.
Duties and responsibilities:
• To enter data into our service database with speed and accuracy
• Compile, sort and verify data before it's entered and processed
• Assist with scheduling meetings and minute taking
• Respond to general enquiries in a timely manner
• Perform duties such as scanning, faxing, filing
• Maintain records ensuing files are updated
• Performing other duties as needed
Skills and qualifications:
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer knowledge and skills
• Must have 1+ years data entry experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Enjoy new challenges and working in a fast-paced busy environment
