Cold calling homeowner leads to determine interest and condition of house, etc. Filling out lead form that will pass on to our acquisition department for follow up call and sales presentation, negotiation, etc. regarding purchasing their home.
Excellent grasp on English language a must.
Duration of employment, Bonuses, and pay increase will be based strictly on performance.
Knowledge of MOJO Dialer a plus but not a requirement.
Prefer El Salvador caller but not a requirement.
We are looking for someone to grow with the company and be a driving force in our growth. The target pay is $7.50 hour plus $100 bonus on every contract closed by our acquisition and disposition team based on the leads you generate. The increase on hourly pay and bonuses will be dependent on performance and how quickly you learn the script and begin generating leads.
Work will be 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day, Monday-Friday
