We are looking for a self-motivated and hard working Data Entry and Office Administrator to join our team, The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a fast paced, professional and dynamic work environment that demands accuracy and comes with deadlines. If this sounds like you then keep reading!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily high volume data entry and enter information from portal database into system
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
Compare data from both systems to ensure accuracy
Manage and organize records and files
Other duties as may be assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong verbal and written skills
High level of accuracy in entering data
Meticulous, organized, and detail oriented
Basic computer skills and data entry required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be competent in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook specifically)
