Email Lead Generation

I am looking for someone to send out a templated email, to work as our international advocate. You will get leads from indeed.com, reed.co.uk, monster, job site etc any job board you will get your leads from - however you will need a high degree of English Language and be able to call a company to find out email addresses etc.
