Job Summary:
We are looking for a hard working Administrative and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate have strong computer and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we give chances to new people to join our partners and make a nice profit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creating and updating reports, enter data and document preparation
• Maintain phone lists for internal employees and external customers
• Monitor visitor traffic by issuing badges and / or swipe cards
• Update and maintain all Multi rep contact data and maps
• Data entry for direct sales orders and invoicing
• Maintenance of annual rebate agreements
• Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
• Must be detail orientated
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• At least two years’ experience in an administrative role
• Must be able to work with little direction and within a team environment
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask, and determine priorities
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
