B2B OUTBOUND SALES REPS - GENERATE LEADS AND CLOSE SALES... - rates vary depending on skills and qualifications
We are expanding our sales and marketing team. We are looking for several experienced and skilled B2B Sales Reps who have a successful track record of managing the complete sales cycle by cold calling businesses (leads/prospects), engaging with the decision maker and closing the sale (Cold Call to Close Sale).
Sales Reps will be cold calling SME small and medium-size businesses (prospects/leads) in the USA to sell our premium product line of compatible ink and toner cartridge supplies for printers, copiers and fax machines.
Businesses (prospects/leads) will save 50% average with our compatible printer supplies compared to brand name printer supplies purchased from office supply superstores. Marketing material is provided. This is a 20 billion dollar marketplace.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to SME small and medium sized businesses (leads/prospects) in the USA
- Briefly introduce our company to the decision maker, present the potential savings in
using our printer supplies and request their printer supplies information for us to
prepare a price quote
- Create and maintain contact records and notes in the Auto Dialer/CRM
- Make follow up calls to discuss the price quote and interest
- Account management such as customer service, account retention, reorders, inquires, complaints, market surveys and promotional offers

- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable making sales calls 7-8 hours a day
- Call center experience
- Outbound cold calling experience
- B2B sales skills and experience is a plus
- Auto Dialer experience is a plus
Hours
- Part Time 10 -20 hrs/week
- Full Time 20 - 40 hrs/week
- Work from your home, office or call center
- Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm USA Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Flexible days and hours
Compensation
- $4 per hour starting rate
- Paid weekly
Requirements
- Reliable computer or laptop running Windows 7 or 8
- 3 Mbps high-speed internet connection (cable, broadband, no wireless)
- Backup internet service is recommended
- X-Lite soft-phone software
- Noise cancelling USB headset (wired, no wireless)
- Skype account (basic) to communicate with us
