Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a hard working and motivated Data Entry Administrator and Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate have strong computer and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we give chances to new people to join and make a nice profit.
Job Responsibilities:
• Enter data, maintain records, create reports and financial statements
• Open mail and distribute to the different departments/administrators
• Ability to photocopy, print, fax and scan documents
• Updating and maintaining customer accounts
• Producing paper work and amendments
• Manage and organize records and files
• Other duties as may be assigned
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail
• High level data entry skills
• Very effective organizational skills
• Data entry experience an advantage
• Able to prioritize in a busy work environment
• Effective written, verbal and listening communication
• High skills with MS Office programs including: Word, Excel, Outlook
