Expert Life Insurance Appointment Setter Needed

You will be given a list of aged leads of people who have inquired for an insurance quote over the internet. There will be a script that you will use to call these leads and set appointments for me to go out and visit them. You must be disciplined, speak perfect English, energetic and outgoing. I need someone who does not sound like a robot on the phone but can personalize the script given to them, know how to build rapport with people and tie in the appointment. The market you will be calling is the senior market between the ages of 50-80. You must also be willing to dial on weekends as this is the best time for prospects to be available. This is a long term position that I am looking to fill. Weekly goals will be set with incentives for the appointment setter on top of hourly pay.
