Getting deals under contract, and 10% commission on every deal you close, plus Quarterly bonuses.
This position will involve speaking on the phone with motivated home sellers. We will provide all of the marketing, all of the pre-vetted leads, and set you up on a telephone appointment. You will be expected to call back all leads on the already pre-scheduled appointment date and time and speak with the sellers to close deals. You won't be required to work out of an office and neither will you be required to physically meet with any seller at their homes but it is recommended to do so on a case by case basis to get a deal under contract base on communications with the seller. You will be speaking to home owners on the phone from the comfort of your home and trying to close deals with the sellers from across the country. This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. This position provides unlimited earning potentials depending on how you are able to structure your deals, build rapport, and present the numbers to the seller.
