I am an independent insurance sales person who owns a small insurance brokerage firm. I would like to hire a lead builder (I have the lists to call from and a script) for 8 hours per day two days per week as a start. This should turn into a full-time position, as I hire agents. My budget for now is $4/hour with opportunity for more down the road.
