My company is a small real estate investment company that buys off-market properties to flip and wholesale. We are looking to hire an experienced cold caller, preferably with real estate experience.
The ideal candidate for this position is energetic and friendly on the phone, knows how to identify motivation and probe deeper into pain points, and engages in "active listening" with the homeowner. Fluency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills are a requirement.
The primary responsibility of the position is to determine if a homeowner has an interest in selling and, if so, to set a phone appointment for a buying specialist. The rep must be able to provide detailed notes on calls with qualified leads in order to equip our team for follow up.
We are looking for an agent with whom we can have a longstanding relationship, and who can be a member of our team.
