Agapay is seeking a highly experienced Sales Professional to work on creating and converting leads to an appointment with our growing team.

Job Summary:
The work week will be M-F and a typical day starts at 8:30 am PST and ends at 5:30pmPST.
-Telemarketing for appointments
-Email Prospecting
-Undergoing consistent Training
-Other Sales Projects
-Assisting the Sales Team Leader
-Follow up with leads via phone and email
Full Training will be provided for 2 weeks and you will be part of a team of highly experienced individuals who have been in the industry for over 9+ years.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing
- 3 Years experience Outbound Cold Calling
- Experience as a Sales Team Leader
- Experience as a Sales Trainer
- Proof of writing Sales Scripts
- Experience writing Sales Manual
- Proven track record of converting leads to appointments
- Good CAll Center Type headset with noise reduction during the interview
- VERY QUIET working environment
- GOOD INTERNET connection (Will be tested during the interview)

Compensation:
- 25,000 php or DOE (you will be paid during training and probation period)
- Vacation time US Holiday and Philippines Holy Week
- Full Health Insurance including Dental (after 6 months)
- Raise upon performance and metrics with a review
