JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and hard working Office Admin and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist, if you are searching for career advancement in a growing company, this may be the right opportunity for you!
Duties and responsibilities:
• Performing general duties including photocopying, filing and scanning
• Assist in answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Entering data and documents into custom database
• Creating, formatting and editing documents
• Record keeping and filing of all paperwork
• Performing any other duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed:
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Previous 1-2 years of office experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Able to work both individually and within a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
