Transfer Agents

Call people who have gone on-line and requested more information about Debt-Consolidation. Ask basic qualifying questions and transfer or schedule a time for them to speak with a financial consultant. When the scheduled time comes agent must re-call the client and facilitate the transfer.

Must have PERFECT ATTENDANCE. Clear speaking voice. Ability to read and speak English fluently. Agent must also posses crm organizational skills to follow up on and transfer clients in a timely manner.
