Job Overview:
We are looking for hard working and self-motivated Data Entry and Administration Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior data entry experience, keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills as well as good ability to learn quickly, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enter data, maintain records, create reports and financial statements
• Answering the telephone and handle client inquiries
• Type in data provided directly from customers
• Customer contact both written and verbal
• Producing paperwork and amendments
• Daily filing, scanning and archiving
• Other duties as may be assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus
• High school diploma or general educational
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
