CALLING TIMES: 3 TO 5 HOURS MON - FRI / NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE 9AM TO 2PM PST
$$ Monthly Bonuses Potential Unlimited!!!!
RATE STARTS @ $4/hr only for the two week trial period with ADDITIONAL INSTANT RAISE AFTER TWO WEEK TRIAL PERIOD TO $6 PER HOUR (over time potential to make up to $10 based on results and experience)
I am looking for appointment setters with the BEST rate and skills and we are open to raising that rate in the future for those who can produce results.
Your job will be to read a short script and attempt to speak with the decision maker in order to set appointments for our sales team
Please let me know if you have any B2B cold calling experience and if so.....how many months/years.
VERY IMPORTANT that you speak clear and fluent (american) English (little or no accent) therefore I will need to be able to hear a recording of you speaking
Your main function will be making outbound calls using our online dialer. On occasion we may need to transfer calls to one of our sales reps. I want to know that you actually took the time to read this job description therefore please tell me your favorite animal at the very beginning of your reply to this job ad to be considered
IMPORTANT: You must be available to make calls during the times that USA businesses are open. We need you to be available to call between 9am to 2pm Pacific Standard Time.
You will start off calling 15 hours per week during your trial and hours can be increased afterwards if you desire
BONUSES >>> Generous Bonuses available for appointments set as well as ADDITIONAL BONUSES for appointments converted to sales.
Although the starting hourly may not be high to start....I believe in paying out good bonuses based on performance and results and not just activity and in rewarding good performance with raises!!!
