Need Inbound Calls Answered

We are an airport transfer business who requires an experienced inbound call operative who speaks excellent english to answer inbound sales calls and submit bookings via our website using this booking form https://sunshinecoastprivatetransfers.com.au/quote/ including capturing credit card payments for the callers to pay online.

The job also includes fielding inbound emails requesting quotes. You will be provided swipe files so can use the same booking form mentioned above, to get a quote, then send email enquiries swipe copy with their pickup and destination addresses updated with prices from our website and links for them to book online themselves.

The job will be 6 days per week, starting 7.00am Brisbane Australian times... through to 12:00 noon Brisbane Australian times...

The job will become a permanent job to the right applicant.
